I’m Nerissa - founder of The Rebel Coaching Academy, experienced coach, mentor, and unapologetic disruptor of the coaching industry.

I’ve spent over 22 years in management at Coca-Cola, building high-performing sales teams and coaching thousands of individuals. I was known as the rebel who got results - not by following the rulebook, but by rewriting it.

With over 20,000 hours of coaching under my belt, I’ve seen first-hand what creates lasting transformation. Many of the people I coached went on to become senior leaders, and still credit those foundations today.

And I’m not just living off past experience. I’m still actively coaching managers and leaders in corporate right now - trusted by training companies to deliver sales, leadership and coaching training at the highest level. My experience is current, credible, and relevant.

My passion is bringing the best out in people - unlocking potential they didn’t even know they had, and giving them the tools to step into their power.
